Ristorante Paladino in Langenhagen

We went to the Paladino for the first time on Friday. When we arrived we were greeted so warmly. Toni, the owner, is really a person of the heart and takes very good care of his guests. We each ordered a four-course menu. We personally attach great importance to the quality of the products and were won over by the dishes. Gino, the chef, personally introduced us to two of the four dishes. Price-performance ratio is right. And, when there was a bit of air, Toni and Gino held small talks with the guests. Very sympathic! :-) We had: 1. Beetroot carpaccio with a vinaigrette on guacamole, with basil oil and caramelized soft goat cheese (very, very good combination of sweetness, acidity, creaminess and bite thanks to the caramel pearls on the goat cheese. The colors were a poem!). 2. Ancient grain noodles from southern Italy with king oyster mushrooms and autumn truffles (finally no “standard thin spaghetti, but thicker noodles with a bite). 3. Tenderly roasted and truffled salmon fillet with rosemary apples and Parisian potatoes with roasted rosemary (very nice combination with the sweet apple). 4. Dessert variation: panna cotta with forest berry cream and vanilla sauce, fig parfait with basil foam (a great finish!). Regarding Corona: The distances are observed. And otherwise we felt safe there. Even if the restaurant unfortunately has to close, we are happy to order something to take away again. Highly recommended! :-)

Very nice ambience and very tasty food - upscale price range that was worth it! Spaces between tables good, we felt safe!

On the way through we found this great Italian. A boss who has everything under control, good inconspicuous staff and a nice atmosphere. Not cheap, but still great value for money! We recommend!

Noble restaurant, so there is unfortunately no more pizza or traditional pasta dishes. Nice service, but regular guests are so extremely courted that a normal guest feels disadvantaged.

Were on August 27, 2020 in the Paladino Essen restaurant. Very disappointed the portions small the price high and a small hand of ribbon noodles charged extra. Nothing against wine prices but not that much percentage surcharge. Normally, a bottle of wine costs only 8 euros when you buy it. So almost 5 times the premium. Regular guests are preferred.

We love to eat in this restaurant. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. The food always tastes delicious! Always my pleasure.... :-)

I've been coming to Toni's Paladino for over ten years. You can't appreciate the creativity and friendliness highly enough! The food and wine selection is always above average and changes regularly. Absolutely recommendable!

Everything is just right here! We had the 4-course candlelight dinner with a glass of prosecco in advance, all together for 85 EUR. Ambience, service (the boss explained every course to us personally) and food, everything was wonderful and delicious. Absolute recommendation.

First class food, a little more expensive but absolutely worth the price. Wines are great too. We would love to come back.

Real Italian taste... pretty rare outside Italy

It was very loud there. Eating relaxed is something else. Food was good but more seasoning can be. Service was very good.

Simply the first address if you want to eat really good Italian. The menu is well laid out and there are also daily specials if you ask for them. The ambience is very good, for everyone who would like to go out for a romantic dinner, I recommend the table on the top right. The staff is very attentive and nice.

If you want to treat yourself to a break and a pampering program, just the thing. Very polite and courteous service staff, all of them are very attentive and take good care of their guests. The dishes are absolutely great - I would like to spend a few euros more on that. Very traditional and stylish atmosphere. I can absolutely recommend it.

Good restaurant! Been there a few times, and everything is very tasty! If you like Italian food, you really should go there.

An Italian of a special kind! We were in Paladino and the first impression made a somewhat dated impression of the decor. The following service showed us immediately, here we still practiced after old school service for the benefit of the guest. We were recommended an aperitif while studying the menu. Here you will find in vain the German-Italian dishes. Anyone who has ever been away from tourism in Italy knows that the kitchen has more to offer than spaghetti bolognese in the largest possible portions on the plate. To start Bruschetta on home-baked bread as the chef told us. Excellent in taste and followed by an excellent wine recommendation for the appetizer. Here, too, scores the recommendation of the chef, hot peppers with cream cheese filling. Ultimately, we stayed with the entire menu recommendation. Two appetizers, a sherbet and main course. A two-part dessert to finish, followed by an excellent grappa. At the Paladino you can dine and find yourself back in an oasis of Italian cuisine. A restaurant with class for people with a claim. We'll be back!
